What Is Secular Humanism?: Why Humanism Became Secular and How It Is Changing Our World
Published in Paperback by Servant Publications (September, 1982)
Average review score:

What's Wrong With Secular HumanismI naively thought, based on the title, that this book would tell me what a Secular Humanist thinks Secular Humanism is. Wrong. The author offers a condemnation of Secular Humanism, based on his definitions which do not conform to those of Secular Humanists. He also blames Secular Humanism for many of what are, to him, ills of society at the present time, such as: environmentalists, atheists, feminists, propagandists, communists, psychologists, evolutionists, and liberals.

Heathcliff Has Spring Fever
Published in Paperback by Troll Assoc (March, 1990)
Average review score:

Sare's Review"Heathcliff has Spring Fever" was a kind of confusing book. It didn't really have a point or moral to the story. It is about a crazy orange cat named Heathcliff and a kid named Iggy. Heathcliff is always getting into to trouble and making the neighbors mad. One day he leaves the house to go cause some trouble, and the sunlight bounces off a trashcan and hits his eye. Suddenly he starts acting nice and being kind to people. His owners take him to the doctor and they tell him he has spring fever. The book really doesn't have any ending, he just ends up getting into a fight. I wouldn't really recommend this book for children because it is kind of hard to understand. They might enjoy the illustrations though.

Hitchcock's Bi-Textuality: Lacan, Feminisms, and Queer Theory (Suny Series in Psychoanalysis and Culture)
Published in Hardcover by State Univ of New York Pr (February, 1998)
Average review score:

What unsubstantiated trype! This book is nothing but a load of ... well, you know what. It's written by a professor of English who takes all these psychologists and uses them to interpret Hitchcock. Does he take any evidence from the Trauffaut interview, the John Russell Taylor Auto, or the essays by Hitch himself (Hithcock on Hitchcock)? NO!
Where is the cinematic analysis in this book? Non existant. For ultra femminists only - film fans beware!

The Silver Kingdom: Iran in History and Prophecy
Published in Paperback by Hearthstone Publishing, Ltd. (December, 1994)
Average review score:

Abuse of deductive reasoningThe conclusions made by Mr. Hitchcock are more halucinative than scholarly. This book attempts to establish a unified prophecy about Iran and Israel based on biblical stories, but it ignores numerous current and historical facts. I am sorry about accepting Amazon.com's recommendation on buying this book.
